who we are

The partners have both held numerous international board  positions.


Tim has most recently been CEO of an ASX listed  company. He has run advertising agencies in the UK, Asia and Australia.  


Richard has been running an innovation consultancy across Sydney and Melbourne. He has also run agency creative departments globally, including roles in Europe, China, South East Asia and Australia.


Both have backgrounds based in strategic creativity and understand the power of creative thinking to transform businesses, boardrooms and company management.


How we do it

We bring our own considerable board experience to the table at each session we hold. What's more, our mining sessions are always tailored to that particular board, which means we place a great amount of emphasis on early exploration of the issues as outlined either by the CEO or Chair. 

We believe it's only when we truly understand the business drivers that we can galvanise the participants and help drive relevant strategic decision making.
